UNIT RATING DESCRIPTIONS:
All Pine Ridge Condominium types offer the same layouts and features which include; Fully Equipped Kitchens, Gas or Wood Burning Fireplace, Two Private Balconies, In Room Washer/Dryer, Private Ski Lockers, Free Wireless Internet and Premium Cable Channels. The Platinum, Gold and Silver ratings represent differences between the quality of the furnishings and the date of the last update or remodel. While we are proud to offer all of the units, the ratings simply differentiate between the various offerings and price points.
Platinum Rating- These units represent the very best condominiums that Pine Ridge has to offer. Each one has been upgraded recently and offer the highest quality of furnishings, decor, and appliances.
Gold Rating- A majority of the Pine Ridge inventory is rated Gold, as these units have typically been renovated within the last five years and feature high quality furnishings and appliances. While extremely comfortable, these unit types have not completely met the requirements of a Platinum rated unit.
Silver Rating- Known as the "value units" of the property, Silver rated condominiums have not been recently updated. These units are very clean and comfortable, but will not have had any significant updates or renovations within the last five years.
